So babes, its time for our TrendBook Fall-Winter 2021-2022. Although its still mid summer, I prefer to be prepared as Fall is my favourite season to shop for. We all need these in our wardrobes to spice thing up for upcoming season.
HEAD-to-TOE KNIT
Lets just say its something you would wear in Scandinavia or Ski Holidays. I defiantly can adopt few key peaces to wear in London , but I prefer not to roast myself in Metro for upcoming moths.
Im obsessed with Acne Studios head-to-toe light pink knit outfits in their latest Runway show. Bulky buttons and extra longs sleeves are a combination of the two dominating trends for Fall. Perfect Lazy Sunday ootd to relax in or have relaxed brekkie in local cafe.
For the fancy look pair with fluffy sock & heels and then you have it, Street-Style chick.
QUILTED JACKETS
No surprise that we need a good puffer or winter coat soon. "Flowers for Spring" epic.
I have few favourites shows & new designers I recommend to check out. Firstly Jason Wu was a new discovery for me. I loved the color combos of navy and red patterns. Long coat are here to stay for this season as well.
Also Chloe is serving us with long Trench+Quilted mixed coats in signature Earthy shades. Styled with matching quilted hand bags.
CUTOUTS

It has been a slow wave of cutouts previous seasons but never before they have taken over the centre stage. As seen in different variations for knitwear, dresses and even handbags have got the cuts or few holes in them. This trend really reminds me 90ś with ribbed T´s and jeans.
Again the main leader of the cutouts in knitwear are Acne Studios and Valentino.
Even Zimmermann has few rather romantic styles with raindrop cutouts in front of the dresses mixed with fringe decals covering the dresses. Another take on the Fringe trend in their latest RTW collection.
On the other hand Givenchy Winter 2021 collection is Bold, fearless and has androgynous touch to the collection. Styles where even chest is exposed with cutouts and lots of dark colours mixed together. I love the theme and the styling a lot, something new from Givenchy.
FRINGES
Fringes aren't my favourite but they can be fun when styled right. I do think that every show I saw it was a lot to grasp. Fringes mixed with metallic, faux fur, feathers, cutouts and more.
Its kinda " Have seen & Done that". At least for me, nothing new about fringes, so im not a fan. But few designers who featured this trend are: Fendi, Alberta Ferretti,Salvatore Frragamo, N 21 and Ermanno Scervino.
TRANSPARENT
Transparent is a trend I always love. You can mix transparent with cutouts or simple over layering. Silk with knitwear or Transparent PVC with metals accessories. Not much to say about this trend than "It is my go-to Classics". Heres also my take on the trend over my Instagram here.
MODERN METALLICS
Lavender crop top, metallic fringe trousers or mirrored trainers. I mean is there anything more to say? Maximalism in full swing. The designs can be quite simple with statement fabrics and textures. Easy way to wear this trend is to wear body chains or statement bags with metallic finishes. Or if you are fearless enough , wear it full out.
I love Gold mixed with Black, ultimate luxury symbol. Metallics has a strong influence from 80's. Also sequins are part of the trend like iridescent pants, we already have seen sequins over Spring Runways shows like Celine, Louis Vuitton, Balmain and Gucci. Mayor designers are serving us with sparkle. And thats what we want.
Also I noticed the rebirth of Renaissance in patterns. More importance in the arts, creativity and innovation. I do love to style myself in Unexpected pairings, anything goes.
So These are my favourite Trends from the Bunch for Fall- Winter 2021-2022. Whats your favourite trend? let me know in comments over my Instagram.
