Enjoy heavenly Breakfast with seasonal produce at London.

The long hot days of summer might be over, but that's no reason to stop nom-nom deliciously healthy Breakfasts.
I have had great insider tips from some of the best ones. comes to mind was the Soho House chef at Shoreditch and of course my Mom, where we were taught how to stir and mix Glam-style Oat meals.




I enjoy working with the Primrose's Kitchen consistency which creates elegant, seasonally focused Oat meal with a twist. Their oat groats are grown in organic, rich soil in Scotland and are stone milled using traditional methods used since the Middle Ages. I love the one with Chia, also one of MY favourite superfood ingredients for an extra source of protein to power you through the day. And most importantly I love because its Vegan, Gluten free, wheat free, no added salt, Organic, no added sugar

We've been enjoying the oatmeal featured here all summer.
Oatmeal is our favourite Morning Spirit, and it's particularly delicious infused with passion fruit, seasonal berries and cinnamon. Definitely a great meal to get your Fashion Week off to a flying start.

MY TRADITIONAL OAT MEAL FOR COLD MORNINGS
1/4 cup or 60 ml of Oats
300ml of water or milk --- I mix half&half
LESCURE unsalted butter or Organic coconut oil
1 tblsp Organic cinnamon
pinch of Himalayan Pink salt
extra teaspoon of Organic Chia seeds

Pour oats into saucepan with water or milk. To aid digestion, soak overnight. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top it of with berries; banana & cinnamon; Marple syrup or my fav Jam by Bonne Maman Raspberry Conserve ( Product of France and gluten free )
