Probably two of my favourite things definitely are Chanel and the Summer, and if you mix these two you get my favourite collection that this fashion house ever did. I love the fresh model off duty glow and fresh look and thats what you need for that.

THE HYPE

This product is so innovative & cool that after watching my YouTube video review and after reading this article, you want to add this in your makeup bag asap. I have used for few weeks now and literally can´t leave my house without wearing it.

The innovation behind it is that its formulated similar way as the skincare is. By cutting edge of microfluidic technologies in the cosmetics field as I call it pixelated formula. "Pixelated" is my own term for micro-droplets of encapsulated pigments.

This water-tint is so lightweight, hydrating and instantly refreshing, the ultra-light formula is composed of 75% water. As I mentioned in my YouTube review I never seen anything like it by other brands. Encapsulated pigments melt into the skin on contact creating a radiant bare-skin effect. It provides a softened, smooth finish, for an even complexion that lasts all day. Its definitely not long wear foundation but more as light complexion products.

VERDICT

As I mentioned I dont call it foundation but rather light complexion product what I apply after my morning skin care routine. If I need extra coverage underneath my eyes then I will add small amount of concealer. Any spots the same thing - just spot conceal. Apply the transformed texture to the face in a circular motion for an even application.

It may be used all over the face or on specific areas, either on its own, under or over foundation.

As this product comes with the brush, I tested out two ways to apply it. With the brush & with my fingers. You can watch the application & my thoughts in here. (add youtube video link)

As Chanel recommends its best to use brush. As I experienced the pigments kinda "explodes" in contact with your skin, so you defiantly don't want coverage on your fingers or back of your hand.

MY TIP: Wash the EAU DE TEINT brush applicator after every use with lukewarm water and shampoo or a mild soap. Lay flat to dry and away from any source of heat. Clean brush equals = No spots/acne!
