The most important points taking care of your skin is - Cleanness. Cosmetic procedures - using face creams, applying face masks, makeup - applied only on cleansed skin.
The most common ways to cleanse your skin is to use face soaps, foams, double cleansing methods and much more. But really, often the excess water and the soaps are breaking down the skin elasticity.
Skin will be more dry and overtime you will notice flakiness and itchiness. All mentioned can lead to the skin dehydration and in this matter premature again and wrinkles.
Instead of washing your face with soap cleansers everyday basis you can just use face toners. And the best part you can make your own. Natural plus DIY.
So today I want to share the most googled Home Remedy - Apple Cider Vinegar.
And to be specific, how to use ACV properly and add it to your current skin care.
Apple cider vinegar facial toner made from raw apple cider vinegar balances the natural pH of the skin, and breaks up the bonds between dead skin cells (exfoliating) to keep skin pores open. It also can lighten sun and age spots, and can improve acne and acne scars.
So here's how you can make yours.
Pour 1 part Organic Raw Apple Cidar Vinegar into a glass jar, bottle or container.
Add 2 parts distilled or Brita filtered water, spring water or my favourite DEVIN, its low minerals content and high pH level.
Then Shake the bottle to combine the mixture
Apply this amazing toner to your freshly cleansed skin using a cotton ball or pad, avoiding the eye & lip area,
And my last tip is to keep in fridge so its chilled and really cooling after warm shower or after your skin care.
Let me know in comments, different ways how You are using Apple Cider Vinegar.
